Solana Liquid Staking Yields Ranked: Which LST Pays the Most in 2026

Solana's liquid staking sector continues to mature, with over $8 billion in TVL and roughly 14% of all staked SOL now held in liquid form. For Solana stakers weighing their options, yield remains the most important selection criteria for LSTs.

This post ranks every Solana LST with more than 1 million SOL staked, ordered by their 10-epoch APY as of early January 2026. APY is the key metric to judge LSTs on, since the goal of holding an LST is to generate yield. The 10-epoch time frame also helps normalize individual epoch performance.

Token Breakdown by Best APY

1. Infinity (INF) — 6.44% APY

Sanctum's Infinity takes the top spot with the best APY for any Solana LST in the last ten epochs. INF operates as a multi-LST liquidity pool rather than a traditional single-validator LST, earning yield from both underlying staking rewards and trading fees generated when users swap between LSTs. That dual revenue structure has led to a structural performance gap over other tokens.

  • INF APY (10 Epochs): 6.44%
  • Total SOL Staked: 1.9M
  • Holders: 42,877

2. Drift Staked SOL (dSOL) — 6.36% APY

Drift Protocol's native LST delegates exclusively to the Drift validator and returns 100% of validator fees to stakers. At 6.36% APY, dSOL edges out most single-validator LSTs this period.

  • dSOL APY (10 Epochs): 6.36%
  • Total SOL Staked: 1.7M
  • Holders: 5,102

  • fwdSOL APY (10 Epochs): 6.27%
  • Total SOL Staked: 1.7M
  • Holders: 55

4. Jupiter Staked SOL (JupSOL) — 6.16% APY

JupSOL is built on Sanctum infrastructure and delegates to Jupiter's validator, capturing both staking rewards and MEV. With 4.7M SOL staked and 30,080 holders, it has strong liquidity and DeFi integration across the Jupiter ecosystem. 6.16% APY this period.
